Webinars for workplaces
Up to 10% of women during their perimenopause and menopause transition consider giving up work because, with their symptoms, it gets too hard. I believe it is so important for women get the education and help they need to feel in control of their health so they can continue to do great work.
I offer informative talks to women in workplaces to educate them on the perimenopause and menopause transition and how to support their bodies and minds so they can feel better, work better and live better.
