Perimenopause/Menopause… some of us breeze through it, no problem (not me!!) and others need a helping hand. It can be a roller coaster of emotions, low moods, high stress, memory problems, low libido - basically your mojo has gone out for lunch and forgot to come back. BUT, it doesn’t have to be this way!
When I was in my late 30’s, my own hormones were a mess. I felt dreadful for the last 2 weeks of my cycle - my mental health was at an all-time low. Through sheer luck, I ended up in front of a hormone specialist, rather than in a psychiatrist’s office. She helped me improve my hormone levels and I realized I needed to look after myself. I gradually figured out what I need to do to keep myself healthy and happy (mind & body) and I can honestly say I have never felt better.
I’m here to support you through this transition - the transition that EVERY WOMEN - wife, girlfriend, mother, sister and friend goes through. The right nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, emotional awareness, medications and supplements (if you want to go down the route) make a huge difference to how we feel through this time.
